Hello

we would like to have a payment feature request for the next version please.

Payment option now:
user sees a single payment platform, developers pick which one to go with
either
PayPal
or
Stripe

Feature request:
user sees multiple payment platforms e.g. PayPal and Stripe, and can choose her/himself which one to go with

We would be very glad to see and option where the user can flexibly pick the payment method, and it would increase conversions / successful payments I believe.

New user so don't know if this works, but can't you setup a dropdown to choose the payment method and then use logic to reveal the matching payment fields / page of fields?

Duke3D No, you can only choose one payment method per form, which is done when you set up the form to collect payment. The only thing page logic can do for you with regard to payment is skip over the payment page completely, if you want to give the user the option to send a check instead of paying online.

williamansley What about having form1 end at the selection of the payment method and on submit you are opening the appropriate form to process the payment, passing the amount to pay and the form 1 entry number as an invoice no, both in the query string. Just thinking out loud that there ought to be an easier pay to have alternative tendering methods ans this is a fairly frequent issue.

Duke3D williamansley Hi Duke - William is right, I tried this, but how the payment gateways are set up now they are on page 2 of a form - so even if i have one form and use the logic to go to a 2nd form based on if they want to use Stripe vs. PayPal for instance, they still have to click on the submit button again (the url parameters can all pass from one form to the other, but it's that button that activate the payment php code (currently).
