Hello. We're creating a terms and conditions type form in which the person must type in I AGREE. We are getting some people who think they can put other information, sometimes profanity in it. We wondering how to make a Text Entry Field not accept any values except I AGREE. Thanks for your help.
purchasing I'm doing the same thing as Yuniar described on one of my forms. In addition, I've added a signature field where the user must also sign. The submission is then e-mailed to the user and to me.
It's not currently possible to enforce people to enter certain word. I suggest to use Checkboxes field instead and set the title as "I AGREE" and make it required.
So that your client will need to check the field to agree and submit your form.
"I AGREE" that this should be possible though. More validation and verification options is never a bad thing on forms.
+1 to add a RegEx validation as a validation option so users can type a regex rule in the setup field field and the frontend software will test it on submit.
Duke3D I have been asking for this over and over over the past few years, but the developers have steadfastly refused to add this feature and have even scolded me for my persistence.
