Hi folks!

You might noticed already that we've just redesigned our site and launched our cloud service!

Unfortunately, the one thing that we couldn't rescue is our old bbpress forum. The forum is very old and no longer supported (there's no more standalone bbpress forum).

So we setup this new beautiful forum for you! :-)

The old forum is still available for archival purpose, but it won't accept any new posts any longer.

Despite not having a visual editor at the moment, this forum does support Markdown and BBCode to format your post.

Hi Yuniar,

This is fantastic! I very much look forward to see what all you guys have in store for future updates! Seems like some great thigns are happening for MachForms.

After logging in to my dashboard, I did want to ask what the upgrade policy is now. I no longer see the "upgrade" license option. Will there still be reduced upgrade costs, or will we be required to purchase a new upgraded license at full price?

Again, great work on the site!

but the short answer is, yes you can simply purchase support contract renewal and you'll be able to download the latest version update.

The renewal price is 50% of the full license price, which is actually less than the previous upgrade pricing.

yuniar Thank you for the explanation, but I was actually referring to an upgrade of a license. For example, I'm on the self-hosted, "Standard" level. What if I wanted to upgrade to the self-hosted "Professional" ($99) or "Unlimited" ($299) license? Is there still a reduced upgrade cost for current license holders, or will those who upgrade to a higher license tier be required to pay full price?

JCSweatt ahh... sorry for that. Yes, there is no change with that one. You can still purchase the upgrade and will only need to pay the difference (not full price).

So let say you're currently using the Standard ($59) and plan to upgrade to the Professional ($99), then you'll only need to pay $40.

Simply go to your MachForm panel, click Users menu and you'll see the upgrade link at the bottom of that page.

Or contact us directly and we'll send you the link.
