chris7of9 As AMurray says, {element_95}
is what Machform calls a "merge tag" and should insert a data value from your form into into an email. (This also can be done on a success page, but I imagine that this is less common and I will just refer to the email option from now on.) I assume you are seeing {element_95}
in an email, if not, please explain further.
One possible reason that you are seeing this literal "merge tag" and not data is if the form in question was edited and the field corresponding to {element_95}
no longer exists in the form. Probably the easiest was to check this is to edit the email where {element_95}
is showing up and try to re-insert the same field that should be showing up instead of {element_95}
. (You can find more information about working with merge tags on the Machform documentation page.) Check to see if the merge tag is still {element_95}
. If it is different. replace {element_95}
with the new merge tag. If you still see {element_95}
given as the merge tag for this field, then something else is wrong and you should contact Machform support.
