We would like to have some type of change management, i.e. we want to be able to edit a form and save the edits as a draft and have some type of approval process to allow it to be checked and then made live. All the while the older version of the form is still being served up. We currently duplicate a form do the edits and then update the URL links everywhere. This is starting to become very cumbersome to do the URL updates in multiple locations.
NQUAV This would be a fantastic addition to Machform and would be very helpful for our use of it at a two-year community college. However, I doubt this will be added anytime soon, if at all.
A workflow feature has been introduced in version 6.0.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but could be a step in the right direction?
AMurray Workflow feature is very different to Change Management.
This is for changes that you want/need to make to a form such as the data that you want to collect, updates to terms and conditions, changes to the notification system etc.
