Long time user using ver4.8. I've used this feature before successfully for another client so I am quite perplexed here. Have Payment set up on a 1 page form with some variable payment options which are all set up. Logic is set. Everything appears to be setup properly for enabling Merchant, valid Paypal email address, etc. Am I missing something? Old form payment I had setup for another client would go to the Payment page where the user would fill out their cc & info and actually make the payment. Instead of that I am getting sent to Paypal to login. I don't get it Any ideas? I would appreciate any ideas!

I have 2 Machform installs. One is ver 3.5 and the other is using 4.8. When I create a form that requires payment NEITHER go to the next payment page. Both just go to Paypal to complete the transaction. Am I missing something? ON Machform's website it shows this so called Payment page. Where you can complete the transaction IN Machform and not have to go to an external page. I dont understand!!! PLEASE help!

Which payment method you're using on your setting?
PayPal Standard or PayPal Pro - REST API?

If you're using PayPal Standard, it's expected to work that way. The user will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.

If you don't want your customers to be redirected to PayPal, use PayPal Pro.

Thank you yuniar! Yes you are correct and I think I figured it out as well. In other words, If I want it to be SEAMLESS (like what you guys advertise with screencaps of the payment happening on the next page of the form) then I NEED to use STRIPE and NOT Paypal.

Paypal makes you leave the form to finish the payment process whereas Stripes allows you to stay ON the form to complete the process. BIG difference.
