Wierd things happening with missing email/entries

I have a few entries, only from today, in the admin panel that never made it to my email inbox. However, upon inspecting my email, I see at least a hundred entries that aren't in my admin panel dating back at least a week if not more. So we have 2 things going on here and I am perplexed.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? Is there a reason for it and can I fix it?

Note: I have an unchecked box in "System settings" for "Use SMTP Server to Send Emails"

It's possible that some entries on your admin panel never made to your inbox due to mail transfer agent issue on your server. The PHP mail functionality on your server most likely down or having some issue. I suggest to contact your hosting tech support and let them know.

However, it's impossible to have entries on your email without having it on your admin panel. Either the entries was deleted or there was some issue with your MySQL database. Try to reach your hosting tech support as well and ask them regarding recent maintenance/update they might done recently.

I got in touch with GoDaddy and they ran a test showing everything was just fine. They also stated that there were no changes nor maintenance done to the MySQL. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do now.

That's odd. We'll need to check directly into your MachForm.

Can you open support ticket and let us know the login details to your MachForm please.
