I have just purchased and installed Machform 5 onto my server and have seen a marked improvement over the other provider that I have used.
I have just added in one form (multipage) that I was using and have been doing some edits to it to make sure that it was the same as before. However, when I go change some of the settings (field name, size etc) and then save, these are not saving on the actual form when reviewing. Once going back in to edit the form, the updates have gone as well.
I have deleted the some of the fields and added them in again only to have the same issue.
Is anyone able to assist?
Further to above, I have been reviewing the form and the following DB error is now being shown when going to review the form:
SQL: [58] SELECT id from ap_form_10578_review where session_id=? Params: 1 Key: Position #0: paramno=0 name=[0] "" is_param=1 param_type=2 Query Failed: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'gdycom_mach.ap_form_10578_review' doesn't exist
Would this indicate that the DB for this form has an error?
