Hi everyone. This should be simple... I am using PayPal Pro accepting payments, but how do I change the text that says "Credit Card" and "Credit Card Number" to show "Debit or Credit Card" and "Debit or Credit Card Number"? It seems some people don't understand they can pay with either type...

Can anyone help please? I've had another person saying there is no box for debit card numbers, so I had to explain that you can put your debit card number in the credit card box.... A small text change would really help if possible.

Take a look at this message from the old forum, Edit PayPal Pro "Credit Card". I agree this should be a simple change that could be made through the form options, but right now it can only be done by editing code.

Thanks - got it sorted now.
4 line changes required in the code and now (hopefully) less questions from customers.

If anyone else is looking you can edit the "machform/includes/view-functions.php" file, search around line 8327 for these code lines (there are two of each):

<label class="description">Credit Card <span class="required">*</span></label>

<label for="cc_number">Credit Card Number</label>

Update where it says "Credit Card"

Is it possible to edit the Stripe credit card form in Machform version 10?

Must admit I sometimes add a note/description(?) (the user prompt that appears on hover) or a default entry with the fuller text rather then go messing in the code, but I assume if you open the relevant php file and search for the stripe description text you could change that in the same way as described above?
