We just started having an issue with the Review Page before Submitting option. I've got three forms that have , been using the Review page on their forms for a while now. They use the js script to embed the forms on their web pages. Now when they submit a form, it just returns a blank page, and no chance to click on submit again.
I've tested the forms on the Machform server and they work correctly on the Machform server, but not when embedded on a web site page.
I've turned the Review Page option off, and the form works as expected.
Are there any thoughts or suggestions?
