Error 500 when generating PDF

Hi all,

I used to have this working, but ive recently moved my machform installation to a new server and its stopped working well.

Firstly, when I want to generate a PDF of the results I always get a error 500. Does Machform require anything to be edited to make this work?

I also get a 500 error is I make any form that has a "numbers" field on it, which is very odd.

Could someone let me know if I need to install any new packages, or perhaps its something so silly as a permissions issue. The server is running Linux if that makes any difference.

I'm running into the same issue today – getting an error 500 when my Email Notification settings include attaching a PDF version of the data, AND when I try to view an entry as a PDF.

@Yuniar, when self-hosting, which PHP 7 module is required for generating MachForm PDFs?

in summary on Red Hat based Linuxes:
yum -y install php-mbstring
apachectl restart
(Ubuntu syntax to do the same thing with apt is different as mentioned in the link above)
