APPNITRO MACHFORM message on confirmation page

Hi all,

We have a custom theme and we created some forms which use this theme.

When the user add a new entry, he has a confirmation page with "APPNITRO MACHFORM
" at the top of the page.

Is there a way to change this message?

That seems to be the default logo. You can try changing it with your own logo.
