Error! Unable to upload

Hello,
We just transferred a site to a new host. Now when someone tries to upload a file on a form, they get an "Error! Unable to upload" message. User were able to upload on the previous server. Is there a setting somewhere that I have to change whenever the hosting changes? By the way, the upload options in the form edit are correct.

My guess would be that you forgot to update the Machform URL setting when you moved to the new host. Check the settings tab, then scroll down to "Miscellaneous Settings", then use the "advanced options" link to open the full panel and scroll down to "MachForm URL". Make sure the URL there is correct for your new host.
