I am getting the following error when I am trying to use one of our forms. Any ideas as to why?
"Error connecting to the database: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1040] Too many connections

This is an issue with the MySQL database server. Are you on a shared hosting? I suggest to contact your hosting tech support if the problem persist.
