PDF uploads properly, but link will not open

I uploaded a PDF into a form. After form was submitted, when I click on the link, it downloads to my computer. However, it does not open properly, giving me an "error" failure to load PDF document.

I have a hundred other pdfs that work just fine, on this same application, in the same space. Why is this particular pdf not loading?

I know you said that it downloaded to your computer... but - did it really?

Check the directory where you download documents to, to make sure it's really there. Or do a local search and make sure that (for whatever reason) the document actually downloaded but downloaded to a different area.
