Is something like this possible?
To me, I would think, since form builder supports multiple choice, it should...it's just a matter of displaying, data results to the public.
I just browsed over the features, and do not see either of those keywords - perhaps I missed it?

p.s. - I notice I can already "limit one entry per IP" too - and that is a big poll feature.
