Hello, I am using the latest version of Machform and want to post a question for feedback. I would like to setup a form to use as a service ticket system. Currently, I am using the approval workflow however, it appears that the only choices the software offers is "Approved" or "Denied" when updating the form to the user.
Does anyone know a way to change these labels? Keep in mind that the labels would have to be changed throughout the process including the email to the submitter. Or has anyone done something different to use a machform to manage service tickets.
