When you create a form, either on your intranet or for the public, if someone knows the URL of the form, they are able to enter information into it.
I know you can password protect a form, but that isn't what I am looking for.
Is there a way to only have the form available for entry only if they are logged in to machform? Here is the use case -
I have a handful of forms and a small group of users who input information into various forms. Not all users have rights to all forms. Yet I don't want a user who doesn't have a right to a form to be able to enter information into a form they aren't authorized for (simply because they figured out the URL of the form).
I only want the ability to enter information into the form if they clicked on View once they were logged into Machform.
I know this functionality doesn't exist out of the box - I'm willing to pay someone to help develop this (if it isn't too expensive).
