Hi,

came across this product, great work.

curious, we have a couple of forms built with this by a consultant, the forms are hosted on another server we have that runs the machform system.

can the form be copied onto the web server where its suppose to be?, or does it need the machform infrastructure ?

reason I ask is I had to setup a server will SSL just to run 4 forms from out web site, not sure if there's a cleaner way to do this.

There is indeed a way to export and import forms. The options should be under the general options screen in Machform administration.

However, why not just use the embed methods that exist in Machform (that's one of the primary features of the application) - that way MF application (where you build the forms) exists on one server (as you already stated) but you can embed the forms in any website.

Isn't that what you want - it's not really necessary to have the MF application itself on every website. That's the beauty of Machform. That said, if you did want MF on the other server, yes you'd need an additional licence for it (additional cost) and then you could export and import forms (through the inbuilt functions in Machform).
