This is Puneet from NJYP.com.

We have one standard license bought on Dec 18, 2014. and it was tied with our NJYP.com domain.. and we created over 100 forms on that.

Now, We wanted to move our forms from NJYP.com to NJYPPROJECTS.com , we bought another license to day and followed the steps, http://help.machform.com/m/using-machform/l/560177-upgrading-machform-self-hosted from here.. as we want to upgrade to our newer version.

THE ISSUE, we are facing that none of the form is working, which is on over 100 websites we have.. we need help ASAP.

https://ptiof.com/ this is the one of the website, which form is triggering the old form all the time everyday. and if we put new information, it does not send with that information, rather it send the old information, that we used in first time for testing after updating.
