I am currently evaluating MachForm by trying the demo. As admin I have created a form and filled it up to create an entry. I then created a user and gave permission to edit and view entries of the form only. However when I logged in as the user, this is displayed under Manage Forms tab.

Why am I not able to see the entry created earlier?

lorenaustin Yes, this definitely allows this. On that screen which says " This user has no permission to any forms or entries.", click on the EDIT button to the far right. You will see "Step 3" which allows you Edit Permissions and you can assign separate levels to individual forms. For example, you might have one user who can View Entries and another who can Edit them.

I have been using MachForm for over 11 years. You cannot go wrong.
