The form info screen was introduced in Machform 5 and (as far as I know) hasn't changed since then. The method of getting to this screen has changed, however. In Machform 5 (if I recall correctly), there was a new icon (an "i" in a circle, as I recall) added to the right end of the "bar" for each form title in the form manager. Clicking on this icon opened up the form info screen. In Machform 13, you click on the gear icon at the right end of the form title "bar" to bring up a pop-up menu and then choose "Info". The info screen is only available to full administrators.
The form info screen is very useful, but it could be much better. I think it would be a big benefit if all users could see this screen, not just full administrators. Regular Machform users shouldn't have the links that allow full administrators to jump to the user manager entry for each person in the list of users who have access to the form, but I don't see why they shouldn't have access to the list of users itself.
It would also be much more useful if we could adjust the time interval of the entries graph so we could at least choose from "Entries today", "Entries this week", "Entries this month", and "Entries this year", instead of only being shown "Entries this month". It would be even better we could adjust the interval in a custom fashion, choosing any start and end dates.
Since I'm sure there will be people who don't want all Machform users to see this information, there should be a new option added to the user manager to allow access to the form info screen to be granted (or not) on a user-by-user basis.
