We use Machform professional 4.1 , we want to upgrade it to up-to-date version .

would you suggest

1) what version that should be used , so that all the existing forms could still be used ?
2) about the license , it is free upgrade or I have to buy the license for newer version ?

V4.1, you're many years out of date. As long as your subscription is current, it's a free upgrade. The latest version should always be used.....currently v.13

Download it from your Membership downloads area. You would have access to this if your subscription was current. https://www.machform.com/account/

Anything further, you will need to submit an official support ticket to Appnitro from your members area as the forum is for community discussion more so than official support.

log into your customer area, that will tell you if the subscription is current or not.

If you can't get in, that would probably indicate you need to re-subscribe.

You can access a pre-sales question form for Appnitro, that might allow them to answer your questions (about the currency of your subscription etc).
