File corrupted on download

Been using MF for many years (2015) but today when I try to download the files that are uploaded via the form it appears they are corrupted; but just when downloading from my browser or email client. If I manually down them via FTP the files are fine. But if I click on the link in Thunderbird to download and try to open something like a jpeg file I get a message that says "it looks like we don't support this file format". I tested this myself by uploading several files using different forms and even tried a PDF but on that one it tells me it appears it is corrupted. Any suggestions?

I'm guessing is the method of download (by HTTP rather than FTP).

This might be something you need to post a support ticket for Appnitro to investigate. Have you specified the JPEG file ext as an "allowed" file for upload?

This could also be an issue on your hosting - suggest you ask them about that, and see if they can replicate the problem.
