I know in the Email Content of a Notification that {entry_data} list the contents of all of the form field data. Is there a way to type in the Email Content and include the data of select fields by using the {} braces to refer to specific form fields?

Modify the element ID's for the actual field ID's in your form to correspond with the data you want. You have to make your own field labels though.
