I have a complex form set up using ver 4.8 using Rules & Conditions & using a custom email template since we have many different employees who receive these submissions.
Form has a Required Email address form field of course
Under every one of our Rules...
Send email to: Employee #1 email address
"Email Template" is: Custom
Custom Form name is set
Reply-To Email: Email
From Email: no-reply@ourdomain.org
Its been a total head scratcher since everything else works beautifully. When our employees receive the submissions and click reply instead of the submitter's email address no-reply@ourdomain.org appears instead.
Any ideas? Thank you we LOVE Machform!
