I’m creating a form for a conference registration.
The pricing conditions are:
- Kids 5 and under are free
- Attendees only going to round tables are $25
- Other admittance is $75
- The max a family can pay is $275
- On top of all this, there is an option to donate to the conference
My issue is, how do I handle the max $275 when there are some attendees paying $0, some paying $25 and some paying $75? I can’t do a simple “4th attendee and on is free”.
I want to make a max price without donation and then add the donation.
To further explain, I have the registration options in a multiple choice field for each registrant (there are multiple registrants allowed in the form). Once the max total price of $275 is reached I want them to still be able to pick a multiple choice but for the total price to remain at $275. Then donations can be added to the $275. I hope that makes sense.
