I seem to be facing an issue with the page manage_forms.php, and it's related to cleaning area our server.
I'm encountering the following error message:
"SQL: [129] select count(*) today_entry from ap_form_25613 where status=1 and date_created >= date_format(curdate(),'%Y-%m-%d 00:00:00') Params: 0 Query Failed: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'bestohg170_bestoftv.ap_form_25613' doesn't exist"
To provide some context, I recently performed some cleaning tasks on our self-hosted server. I went through the Admin Panel, PHPmyAdmin, and even used Filezilla to meticulously remove old forms, ensuring a thorough cleaning process.
However, I'm now encountering this error immediately after the cleanup. It appears that the issue is isolated to the manage_forms.php page, as I can still access and use other features such as creating self-made URLs for forms, saving them, and navigating other sections of the admin panel like Users and Settings.
