I am new to posting here, so hello! I'm hoping someone can help as this issue is become a frustration quickly. I'm sure there is a straightforward fix that I am just not seeing.
I just upgraded from Machform v4.8 to v6.1 self hosted.
The upgrade was simple enough. I had zero problems with the actual upgrade process. One of the features I am most excited about is the approvals feature set. I have read the documentation on how to enable approvals: Within the edit window for particular form, go to "Form Properties" --> "Advanced Option" --> check the box next to "Enable Approval Workflow" --> Save the form. The problem is that after I check the box and save, if I return to the "Advanced Option" area, the box is no longer checked. As if it is not saving the selection to the database. I tested other features within the customization tabs, "Add a field, Field Properties, and Form Properties". When I make edits to other items and save, those changes do register. As the checkbox selection does not save, it also, does not enable the "Approval Workflow" feature. I am able to manually change the value for the approval workflow directly in the database, but that is somewhat of a hassle and I would prefer to have it working properly. With further inspection, it appears that the "Data Encryption" feature is resulting in the same issue. So it seems this may be related to new features only. Any thoughts?
