This is actually pretty easy to do. You will need to create a custom javascript file

The part of the code where it says "put your element ID here" you will need to find out what the element ID assigned to your field is.
Example:
I created a multiple choice field with two options.....yes or no.
If the user said no then a hidden section break appears with information blurb and then it hides the submit button.
If they select yes then everything is right as rain.
