When viewing the submitted form, a PDF of an entry, or printing it, I need all checkbox options to show and print instead of only the checked ones. My first form using this tool has a rather lengthy 20 item list of checklist items that the user is supposed to check to indicate their compliance or leave unchecked if they do not meet the requirement. For all output variations of the form it is more important to see the unchecked boxes than the checked ones.
Is there an option somewhere in settings that controls whether unchecked boxes are included in the various output formats? If not, since I am new to the software, can you point me to where I need to make a change in the code?
