Looking to use MachForm for purchase order requests at a company. Right now I can do a price field and file upload but I want to be able to add a table as an entry field. For purchase order requests the employee needs to share their details, the vendor information, and the purchase details. They also need to get approval from a department chair and if approved by dept chair, approval from the CFO.
I would like the table to look like this:
Item description, item price, qty, total price
It would be great to be able to add additional rows as needed. It would be even better to see if the system can do some simple math within the tables so the user doesn't need to enter total price.
